We have now upgraded the medical records system Horizon Patient Folder, to McKesson One Content. You will be able to access the Portal while outside of the Ardent/Lovelace network via Citrix Receiver using your Active Directory (AD) account and your Horizon Physician Portal (HPP) account. If you do not know your AD account (which is typically your Ardent email account, or your computer access ID), or if you have been using a single account for multiple office staff to access this functionality, do not attempt to install Citrix Receiver. Please contact the helpdesk for assistance with your login credentials.

Notice to Portal users:

  • Mobile devices (e.g. iPhone/iPad, Android, and Windows Mobile devices) can now access Portal. However, you will NOT be able to view PACS images or access the Medical Records/Deficiency viewer.
  • Non-Internet Explorer browsers (e.g.  Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome) can access Portal. However, you will NOT be able to view PACS images or the Med Records/Deficiency viewer.
  • If you use an Apple computer running OS X Leopard or Snow Leopard with the latest Java update from Apple, you WILL be able to view Med Records/Deficiencies, however PACS will still not be available.
